The Zaky carries a 100% Unconditional Money Back Warranty - 30 days:

We only offer full refund of the purchase price for requests made within 30 days from the date of the purchase. Please have your return authorized first by either emailing us at orders@zakeez.com or by calling us direct at +1 800 618 9259. We will give you instructions and an authorization code to return the following:
(1) the Zaky(s)
(2) The original receipt
(3) The return/exchange form.

Upon receipt, we will gladly issue the refund of the price of the Zaky. We will not issue refunds or exchange merchandise without prior authorization.

Exchange due to a manufacturing defect:
We count with one of the best quality control systems, however, once in a while we can miss a defect. If you are seeking an exchange of a Zaky due to manufacturing or quality defect, please have your return authorized first by either emailing us at orders@zakeez.com or by calling us direct at +1 281 240 9259.
We will give you an authorization code that you will send with the Zaky, the original receipt, and the return/exchange form. Upon verification of the defect from our Quality Control Department, we will gladly send you a replacement. We will not issue refunds or exchange merchandise without prior authorization.

Undelivered Merchandise:
Orders determined to be lost during transit will be replaced (at no additional cost) only if the customer notifies Nurtured By Design within 2 weeks of the order date by either emailing us at orders@zakeez.com or by calling us direct at +1 281 240 9259.
