When shopping on Nurtured By Design,  or ordering by phone, it is our goal to make this experience safe and secure. We have created Privacy guidelines that outline our policies when collecting and using personal information provided by you. The Zaky Store is the sole owner of the information collected online and by phone. Any information that you provide is confidential and for the use of Nurtured By Design only. We won't sell, give, or make any of this information available to a third party.

Ordering Online, by Mail or by Phone

Nurtured By Design requests general business information from the user on our order forms. During the ordering process, the user may provide personal information such as name and shipping address, as well as financial information such as a credit card number and expiration date. This information is used to complete transactions for billing purposes and to fulfill customer orders. We do not store credit card information.

The security of your personal data is a priority. We take appropriate safeguards and precautions necessary to protect our customers information both online and off-line. We currently use outside delivery companies to deliver orders, and a credit card processing company for the billing of phone orders and Internet purchases.
